Changed your mind? We start working on your order as soon as it’s received so that we can get it to you as fast as possible. That’s why all sales are final and are not eligible for refund or cancellation. The only case in which a refund can be issued is if there is an error on our end. 

We recommend always checking your cart before placing your order; here is how to do that: 

  1. You can access the cart by tapping "Plays" while on the Order Summary screen. 
  2. From there, you can swipe left on any game to expose the Delete button. 
  3. If you press Delete, it will remove that game from your cart. 
  4. You can also select the "Clear All" button on top to remove all games from your cart and start your order over.
