The time it takes for us to secure and process your ticket can vary and depends on a few factors, such as overall volume of ticket orders.
If you’ve received your ticket order confirmation email, but are unable to view your ticket image in the app, that just means that we haven’t finished securing and processing your ticket yet. Not to worry! We process tickets right up to the drawing. That is why we implement Jackpocket’s own cut-off time for every drawing. The Jackpocket cut-off time ensures we have plenty of time to process your ticket in time for the drawing.
That being said, we always recommend ordering your tickets as early as possible to ensure your order is included for the current drawing.
