How do I view my past scratch orders from within the app?

You can view your scratched, unscratched, and winning tickets* in the My Orders section of the Jackpocket app.

Open the Jackpocket app and tap My Orders at the bottom of the screen. Within your My Orders section, click on Scratch Orders, then the Scratched tab to view scratched ticket history. To review more information about each order, click Details. Learn more about how to locate images of your tickets.

After placing a successful scratch order on Jackpocket, you will receive a pop-up success message. Select the View Order button in the mobile app or View Scratch Games on Jackpocket for Web. This will take you directly to the Scratchers tab of the Orders section.

*Winning tickets with prizes greater than the in-store redemption threshold, which is typically $600 but varies by state, require you to claim your prize directly from the state lottery. Jackpocket will arrange for you to receive your ticket, subject to your jurisdiction’s regulations, to facilitate the prize claim. See Section 8 of Jackpocket’s Terms of Service for Winning Tickets and Prize Claiming. JACKPOCKET IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR THE PAYMENT OR NON-PAYMENT OF ANY WINNING TICKET WHERE THE PRIZE EXCEEDS THE IN-STORE REDEMPTION THRESHOLD. FOR ANY WINNING TICKET THAT EXCEEDS THE IN-STORE REDEMPTION THRESHOLD, THE LOTTERY THAT ISSUED SUCH WINNING TICKET IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OR NON-PAYMENT OF ALL PRIZES FOR THAT TICKET.
