To remove a bank account on the Jackpocket Android app:
- Tap your name or phone number at the top of the side menu of the app.
- Then select Payment Methods.
- Press and hold the bank account you would like to delete, and select "Delete".
Jackpocket does not store your full bank account information. We only store the last 4 digits of the routing number and the last 4 digits of the account number and the rest of the information is encrypted and stored with our trusted banking partner. This process is the industry standard and Jackpocket has met all necessary regulatory compliance mandates.
For users on old versions, select Deposit Funds or Fund Account in the side menu.
