If a Smart Order fails to place an order, you will receive an email letting you know that it failed. You will need to first rectify the issue explained in the email and then re-enable your failed Smart Order from within the app.
- Go to the Smart Order page.
- Select the Smart Order you'd like to enable.
- Tap the Edit button on the top right
- Next to the Smart Order Enabled field, tap the toggle to enable the Smart Order. Make sure to verify your Smart Order details and select "Save" when you are finished.
