To remove a bank account on iOS:
- Select your name from the top left of the side menu in the app.
- Select Payment Methods.
- There you will see your bank accounts. Swipe left on an account to expose the Delete button and hit "Delete".
Jackpocket does not store your full bank account information. We only store the last 4 digits of the routing number and the last 4 digits of the account number and the rest of the information is encrypted and stored with our trusted banking partner. This process is the industry standard and Jackpocket has met all necessary regulatory compliance mandates.
For users on older versions, select Deposit Funds or Fund Account in the side menu of the app to access and delete your bank account(s).
