Here’s what happens if the ticket you ordered using Jackpocket wins a lottery prize.
If the prize for your winning ticket is at or below the in-store redemption threshold amount in your state (see list below), we will automatically credit your Jackpocket account for the full amount. From there, if you wish to withdraw your winnings, you can request a withdrawal of your winnings, to your bank account. You can also use your winnings to order additional lottery tickets.
Subject to Jackpocket’s Terms of Service, if the prize for your winning ticket is above the in-store redemption threshold amount in your state, we will transfer the physical ticket to you in a secure fashion so that you may claim your prize directly from the state lottery.^ The means by which the physical ticket is transferred may vary based on location, value of the ticket, and requests of the customer and will be discussed with the customer ahead of time.
