If you find the order in your Upcoming tab and click the order, it will open up the individual ticket view. From there, you can click the "View" button to view your ticket image. If you do not see a picture of your ticket there, it probably just means that we haven't bought it yet. As long as it is still before the drawing, do not worry. Sometimes we do not process the tickets until very soon before the drawing. Only after the drawing time should this be cause for concern. If you still do not have your ticket confirmation and image at the time of the drawing, contact support immediately.
