Jackpocket provides users with a secure platform to order official state lottery tickets that are then fulfilled and purchased on their behalf at a licensed lottery retailer in their state.
When you place an order, we send you an email confirmation that includes all the details of your order. Once your ticket is purchased on your behalf, we will send you another email that includes the ticket serial number. We also send a high resolution scan of your paper ticket — front and back — for you to view in your Jackpocket account. Your physical paper ticket is securely stored in a locked, fireproof safe.
If your ticket wins an amount under the in-store redemption threshold (typically $600, but varies by state), we'll credit your Jackpocket account and you can withdraw the winnings to your bank account. Subject to Jackpocket’s Terms of Service, if your ticket wins a large prize, we'll arrange to have the winning ticket delivered to you in a secure fashion so you can claim your prize directly from the state lottery.*
For details on small and large prizes in your state, please see: What happens if I win?
*Winning tickets with prizes greater than the in-store redemption threshold require you to claim your prize directly from the state lottery. Jackpocket will arrange for you to receive your ticket, subject to your jurisdiction’s regulations, to facilitate the prize claim. See Section 8 of Jackpocket’s Terms of Service for Winning Tickets and Prize Claiming. JACKPOCKET IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR THE PAYMENT OR NON-PAYMENT OF ANY WINNING TICKET WHERE THE PRIZE EXCEEDS THE IN-STORE REDEMPTION THRESHOLD. FOR ANY WINNING TICKET THAT EXCEEDS THE IN-STORE REDEMPTION THRESHOLD, THE LOTTERY THAT ISSUED SUCH WINNING TICKET IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OR NON-PAYMENT OF ALL PRIZES FOR THAT TICKET.
