We start working on your order as soon as it’s received so that we can get it to you as fast as possible. That’s why all orders are final and are not eligible for refund or cancellation. The only case in which a refund will be issued, is if there is an error on our end.

We recommend always checking your cart before placing your order; here is how to do that:

1. You can access the cart by tapping View Cart.
2. Select Edit Plays from the card of the game you want to modify.
3. From there, you can swipe left on any game to show the Delete button. 
4. If you press Delete, it will remove that game from your cart. 
5. You can also select the Delete All button on top to remove all games from your cart and start your order over.
