Jackpocket - DraftKings Rewards: Overview

OVERVIEW

DraftKings Rewards is DraftKings' loyalty program, designed to reward eligible play across participating DraftKings verticals, Golden Nugget Online Casino, and Jackpocket.

As part of DraftKings Rewards, we're introducing Crown Cash, a rewards currency that simplifies earning and redeeming rewards.

With DraftKings Rewards, you can earn rewards, progress through loyalty tiers, unlock Milestone Rewards, and enjoy benefits across eligible DraftKings experiences, all through one unified rewards program.

HOW DOES DRAFTKINGS REWARDS WORK?

DraftKings Rewards is built around earning Tier Credits through play across DraftKings, Golden Nugget Online Gaming and Jackpocket Lottery Courier. As you accumulate tier credits, your tier will increase, with each level unlocking richer perks, premium gifting and more exclusive experiences. Once you reach the Tier Credit threshold for a given Tier, you keep the status for the rest of the current year and all of the following year. For example, earning 90,000 Tier Credits in October 2026 secures your Diamond status through the end of the 2027 program year.

All members begin at Bronze and can progress through the following Tiers:

Silver: 5,000 Tier Credits in a program year
Gold: 25,000 Tier Credits in a program year
Diamond: 90,000 Tier Credits in a program year
Onyx: Invite-only; requires earning at least 175,000 Tier Credits in a program year for consideration

Customers who reach Silver status or higher also earn Crown Cash for their play. Crown Cash is our unified currency that can be used to play across Golden Nugget Online Gaming, Jackpocket Lottery Courier, or exchanged for merchandise in the DraftKings Rewards Store and the DK Shop.

HOW TO EARN TIER CREDITS

Tier Credits are a non-redeemable and non-transferable form of loyalty points that determine your Tier Status in the DraftKings Rewards Program.

While you earn Tier Credits by playing on eligible DraftKings verticals, you can also earn Tier Credits through gameplay on Golden Nugget Online Gaming and Jackpocket Lottery Courier. Tier Credits earned across DraftKings, Golden Nugget Online Gaming, and Jackpocket combine toward the same Tier Status.

MILESTONE REWARDS

Milestones are Crown Cash rewards you receive as you earn Tier Credits for play and progress towards higher Tiers. The Click-To-Claim rewards will be available in the promotional carousel or Rewards Center once the Milestone is reached.

You can view your Milestone progress by heading to the Rewards Center and clicking on the dropdown arrow showing your Tier at the top of the page.

WHAT'S NEW?

Dynasty Rewards has been renamed DraftKings Rewards.
Crown Cash replaces Crowns as the primary rewards currency.
Crown Cash is displayed in dollars instead of points, making rewards easier to understand.

WHAT'S STAYING THE SAME?

Many parts of your Rewards experience remain familiar, including:

Your current Rewards tier continues after migration.
Tier Credits continue tracking your progress toward higher tiers.
Eligible play continues earning rewards.
When your Crowns are converted to Crown Cash, the value of your rewards remains the same. No value is added or taken away during the conversion.

Do I need to enroll?

No. Eligible customers are automatically migrated to DraftKings Rewards.

Will everyone receive DraftKings Rewards at the same time?

Accounts will transition in phases, so some customers may see the new experience before others.

How do I move to a higher Rewards Tier?

You can earn Tier Credits through eligible play. As your Tier Credits increase, you’ll qualify for higher Rewards Tiers and additional benefits.

What are Milestone Rewards?

Milestone Rewards are rewards you unlock as you reach eligible Tier Credit milestones throughout the year. Once claimed, eligible Milestone Rewards are awarded as Crown Cash.
