How do I change the email address on my Jackpocket account? (US)


Visit the Login & Security page to change your email on file.

Please don't create a new account if you've lost your login details.

If you don't have access to the email associated with your Jackpocket account, can’t sign in, and need to change the email associated with your account, contact the Jackpocket Customer Support Team.

How to change your email address via the Jackpocket app

  1. Log into the Jackpocket app.
  2. Tap on the profile icon at the top right.
  3. Tap Log In & Security.
  4. Select Change email, and enter your new email address
  5. You will need to confirm your email address.
  6. Select Change Email.
  7. A Two-Factor Authentication pop-up window will appear, and the 2FA code will be sent to your new email.
  8. Enter the 2FA code that was sent to your new email and Select Verify.
  9. The updated email address will now be listed on the Login & Security page of your account.

How to change your email address via a desktop or laptop

  1. Log into Jackpocket.
  2. Tap on your Username at the top right.
  3. Select Account Information.
  4. Select Login & Security.
  5. Select Change email, and enter your new email address
    • You will need to confirm your email address.
  6. Select Change Email.
  7. A Two-Factor Authentication pop-up window will appear, and the 2FA code will be sent to your new email.
  8. Enter the 2FA code that was sent to your new email and Select Verify.
  9. The updated email address will now be listed on the Login & Security page of your account.
