With Smart Order,* Jackpocket will automatically order your eligible tickets for the drawings you choose so that you never miss out.

Tap Smart Order on the bottom of the app to set up your Smart Order(s). 

When you sign up for your Smart Order, you'll choose between the Quick Pick and Pick Your Own Numbers options. If you choose Quick Pick, then new, random numbers are selected for each drawing. If you choose to Pick Your Own Numbers, then those numbers will be played for each drawing. In most jurisdictions, your Smart Orders can be funded by either using your Jackpocket account balance or you may assign a payment method to them, so you never miss a drawing! Once enabled, Jackpocket will automatically charge your account balance the full Order Total, inclusive of any Service Fee if applicable to your jurisdiction, for any Smart Order you have based on the frequency and jackpot threshold you selected for each Smart Order.

If you wish to cancel a Smart Order, go to “Smart Order” in your account, select the order, and click “Delete Smart Order” before the next one is placed.

*Smart Orders are not available in New York. If you’re a New Yorker, you can use PrePaid to place an order for multiple prepaid drawings at checkout.
