How to share location data when using the Google Chrome Browser
By default, Chrome asks you when a site wants to see your location. To let Jackpocket know where you are, you must choose Allow. Jackpocket services won't function properly if you don't permit location sharing.
How to share location data when using the Google Chrome Browser on Windows
- Navigate to Jackpocket.com and click the lock icon to the left of the address bar.
- From the dropdown that appears, select Site settings.
- In the Permissions section of Privacy and security, scroll to Location.
- Select Allow from the dropdown to the right.
- Return to Jackpocket.com and reload the page.
How to share location data when using the Google Chrome Browser on MacOS
- Visit Jackpocket.com and Allow the website to collect location data.
- If the pop-up did not appear or you clicked on the Block button by mistake, please follow these steps to reset Location Data and Privacy: Click on the Location error Location error icon or Lock icon to the left of the address bar > Always allow the site to access your location > Done
- Click Open Preferences
- On the Privacy tab, select Location Services, then click the Lock icon.
- Enter your computer’s password > choose Google Chrome > Return to Jackpocket.com and refresh the web page.

How to share location data when using the Firefox Browser on Windows
- Visit Jackpocket.com and Allow the browser to collect location data when prompted in the upper-left corner of the screen.
- Click on the Location error icon Location error icon for Firefox browsers > Under the Permissions section, click on the X icon next to Blocked Temporarily > Return to the Jackpocket.com and refresh the web page.
- If the pop-up did not appear or you clicked on the Block button by mistake, please follow these steps to reset your Privacy & Security Settings:
- Click on the ≡ in the upper right corner.
- Click on Settings.
- Click on Privacy & Security.
- Scroll down to Permissions.
- Go to Location and click on Settings.
- Uncheck the box for Block new requests asking to access your location.
How to share location data when using the Firefox Browser on MacOS
- Open System Preferences > Security & Privacy.
- On the Privacy tab, select Location Services, then click the Lock icon, and enter your computer’s password.
- Check Enable Location Services > choose Firefox > return to Jackpocket.com and refresh the web page.
- Allow the website to use your current location.
- If the pop-up did not appear or you clicked on the Block button by mistake, please follow these steps to reset Location Data and Privacy:
- Click on the Location error icon for Firefox
- Under the Permissions section, click on the X icon next to Blocked Temporarily
- Return to Jackpocket.com and refresh the web page.
