1. Log into the Jackpocket app.
2. Tap on the profile icon at the top left.
3. Tap on Personal Information.
4. Tap Edit on your Verified Address.
5. Update your address on file.
6. Tap Save.

1. Log into Jackpocket.
2. Click your Username listed on the top left
3. Click Account Information
4. In Personal Information, click Edit on your Verified Address.
5. Update your address on file.
6. Click Save.

Why is it important? The address on file can affect the following

• Ability to deposit.
  • For security reasons, your Jackpocket account address must match the address on your bank account.
    • This helps ensure that your deposits go through without trouble.
• Withdrawals via check.
  • If you request to withdraw funds via check, the Jackpocket Customer Support Team will send the check to the address listed on file for your Jackpocket account.
    • Thus, you should update your address on file for your Jackpocket account so your check can be sent to the proper location.
    • Keeping this information current ensures your check arrives at the right place.
