If you don’t see any available withdrawal methods when trying to withdraw your funds, proceed with one of the following options:

Option 1: Make a small deposit

Deposit $1 or more with an eligible debit card, bank account, PayPal, or Venmo. This helps us verify your payment info and unlocks those same methods for withdrawals. Once your deposit is confirmed, you'll be able to request a withdrawal to that same payment method.

Option 2: Request a check

If depositing isn’t an option, you can request a check. Just click the chat icon at the bottom of the help center to connect with our Customer Support team. They’ll confirm your details and get a check mailed straight to your address. Check withdrawals may take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
