Jackpocket - What happened to my Crowns?

Crowns have been replaced by Crown Cash, DraftKings' new rewards currency.

This update makes your rewards easier to understand by displaying them in dollars instead of points.

When your account is migrated:

Your Crowns are converted into Crown Cash at an equal value.
- Ex: If you had 550 Crowns, you now have $1 Crown Cash. The value does not change.
Future eligible rewards are earned as Crown Cash.
Crowns will no longer appear in your Rewards balance.

No. Your existing Crowns are converted using the standard conversion rate:

550 Crowns = $1 Crown Cash

Your rewards maintain the same value after conversion.

Can I still earn Crowns?

No. Once your account has migrated, eligible rewards are earned as Crown Cash.

Can I still redeem Crowns?

After migration, your available Crowns are converted into Crown Cash.

Why does my balance look different?

Your rewards are now displayed as a dollar value instead of points.
