Ready to withdraw?
If it's the first time you're withdrawing or you're using a new withdrawal method, you'll need to verify your identify by two-factor authentication via your registered email address. Don’t forget to check and see if you'll need an initial deposit—most withdrawal methods require one.
A few things that might come up while you’re cashing out:
- Not every deposit method accepts withdrawals. If you end up needing an alternative, we'll help guide you through it, but Jackpocket can't add withdrawal methods on your behalf.
- All withdrawals are subject to bank processing times, which can be delayed due to weekends and holidays.
- Don’t sweat replacement cards—as long as they're for the same bank account, it won't mess with your withdrawals.

Withdrawal request submitted. Now what?
You’ll receive two separate confirmation emails:
- The first confirms your withdrawal request was placed
- The second email informs you that the withdrawal was processed and funds are being prepared.
Once you’ve received these emails, your funds are on the way!
