You can view scanned images of your past tickets, tickets for upcoming drawings, and winning* tickets in the My Orders section of the Jackpocket app.

iOS and Android App

For Draw Orders

1. Tap My Orders at the bottom of your screen.
2. Select the Draw Orders tab at the top of your screen.
3. There are three choices at the top for Past, Upcoming, and Winners.* Select the appropriate tab and then select the order you want to see your ticket(s) for. 
4. Tap Details on any of your orders
5. Select View next to any of your tickets to see an image of each ticket.

For Scratch Orders

1. Tap My Orders at the bottom of your screen. 
2. Select the Scratch Orders tab at the top of your screen.
3. There are three choices at the top for Scratched, Unscratched, and Winners*. Select the appropriate tab and then select the order you want to see your ticket(s) for. 
4. Tap Details on any of your orders to select and view an image of each ticket.

Mobile Web

If you're on the mobile web app for Android, you can see images of find your ordered tickets by selecting My Orders in the header.

*Winning tickets with prizes greater than the in-store redemption threshold, which is typically $600 but varies by state, require you to claim your prize directly from the state lottery. Jackpocket will arrange for you to receive your ticket, subject to your jurisdiction’s regulations, to facilitate the prize claim.
