How do I set a Logged-in Time Limit?

A Logged-in Time Limit allows you to control the time you spend playing daily. This limit is a 24-hour rolling period calculated from the moment you log in. Once your limit has been reached, you will be automatically logged out. You can manage your time spent on our site by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Jackpocket Casino account and select the 'Account Menu' in the top right corner of the website.
  2. Scroll down to the section labeled 'Responsible Gaming' and choose the 'Logged-in Time Limit' option from the list.
  3. Select 'Add Limit' to choose the daily maximum amount of time you would like to be able to access Jackpocket Casino.
  4. From there, click 'Select a duration' to choose your timeframe. You can select from 1 hour up to 5 hours.
  5. To confirm the changes, click the purple 'Set Limit' button.

If you want to cancel or remove your limits, you can just set your session time back to 'NONE' in the 'Add Limit' section mentioned in step 3. This change will take effect after seven days. If you want to update your limit, please keep in mind that decreasing or making it more strict takes effect immediately, and increasing it will take effect after 7 days.

To ensure we are helping you meet your responsible gaming needs, please note that we cannot change or remove responsible gaming limits set on your Jackpocket Casino account. You can only access your Jackpocket Casino account once your session time refreshes.
