Scratch tickets are more fun when you scratch them yourself! If you do not scratch your ticket within 7 days after it is ready to scratch, your scratch tickets will be auto-revealed. This is to ensure you receive scratch ticket winnings in a timely fashion. Subject to the Terms of Use, Jackpocket will auto-reveal and automatically credit your account with any prize winnings under the in-store redemption threshold (which is typically $600, but varies by state)* for the tickets in your scratch order. 

*Winning tickets with prizes greater than the in-store redemption threshold require you to claim your prize directly from the state lottery. Jackpocket will arrange for you to receive your ticket, subject to your jurisdiction’s regulations, to facilitate the prize claim. See Section 8 of Jackpocket’s Terms of Service for Winning Tickets and Prize Claiming. JACKPOCKET IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR THE PAYMENT OR NON-PAYMENT OF ANY WINNING TICKET WHERE THE PRIZE EXCEEDS THE IN-STORE REDEMPTION THRESHOLD.
