How to check if my scratcher ticket won and what happens if my scratcher ticket wins?

Jackpocket provides a secure platform for ordering lottery tickets, which we fulfill and purchase on your behalf at a licensed lottery retailer in your state. After placing a Scratchers order, you'll receive an email confirmation with all your order details.

Once your Scratchers are secured and ready, you’ll receive another email notification. You can also check the status of your order anytime by opening the Jackpocket app and tapping Orders at the bottom of the screen. In the Orders section, click on the Scratchers tab to view your ticket order history.

After scratching and revealing your ticket, tap the three dots in the top right corner to view additional details, including timestamps and serial numbers from the entire fulfillment process. You can also view an image of the validation receipt, which is printed directly from the state lottery terminal. This receipt shows the ticket’s serial number, prize amount, and redemption date.

If your scratcher ticket wins a small prize under the in-store redemption threshold (which is typically $600 but varies by state), we’ll credit your account. Subject to Jackpocket’s Terms of Service, if you win a large prize, we’ll securely transfer the ticket to you so you can claim your prize directly from the state lottery.* For more information on small and large prizes, please see: What happens if I win?

*Winning tickets with prizes greater than the in-store redemption threshold, which is typically $600 but varies by state, require you to claim your prize directly from the state lottery. Jackpocket will arrange for you to receive your ticket, subject to your jurisdiction’s regulations, to facilitate the prize claim. See Section 8 of Jackpocket’s Terms of Service for Winning Tickets and Prize Claiming. JACKPOCKET IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR THE PAYMENT OR NON-PAYMENT OF ANY WINNING TICKET WHERE THE PRIZE EXCEEDS THE IN-STORE REDEMPTION THRESHOLD. FOR ANY WINNING TICKET THAT EXCEEDS THE IN-STORE REDEMPTION THRESHOLD, THE LOTTERY THAT ISSUED SUCH WINNING TICKET IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OR NON-PAYMENT OF ALL PRIZES FOR THAT TICKET.
