If a Smart Order fails, you will receive an email notification informing you of the failure. You will need to first correct the issue explained in the email. Then you can re-enable your failed Smart Order from within the app.
Once enabled, Jackpocket will automatically charge your account balance the full Order Total, inclusive of any Service Fee if applicable to your jurisdiction, for any Smart Order you have based on the frequency and jackpot threshold you selected for each Smart Order.
Smart Orders are not available in New York. If you’re a New Yorker, you can use PrePaid to place an order for multiple drawings at checkout.
