Smart Orders are no longer supported in New York. What does that mean for my Smart Orders?

To follow updated New York Lottery guidelines, we can no longer support Smart Orders in New York as of March 31, 2024. If you have a Smart Order set up, we will delete it for you. New Yorkers will be able to set up Subscriptions for their favorite New York Lottery games starting April 2024.

Here’s what is changing:

Smart Orders: Smart Orders won’t be available in New York after March 31, 2024.
Subscriptions: The new way for New Yorkers to place an order for multiple drawings ahead of time. Learn more about Subscriptions here.

What happens to my Smart Order after this change?
If you have a Smart Order set up in New York, we will delete it for you. Here are the final drawings for existing Smart Orders:

You can update, pause, or delete your Smart Order by opening the Jackpocket app and tapping “Smart Order” at the bottom of the main home screen.

What’s a Subscription?
New Yorkers can place an order for multiple drawings ahead of time with a Subscription.

Setting up a Subscription is easy, you’ll see it as an option when you’re ready to checkout:

You can choose the number of future drawings you want your Subscription to include, all the way up to 50. Currently, a Subscription cannot be set to begin at a minimum lottery prize threshold.
