What happens to tickets that are left in my cart?


If you're logged into your account—whether on the app or the web—your cart will be saved, even if you navigate away or close the app. This means you can pick up right where you left off when you return.

If a ticket in your cart becomes unavailable while you're away, it will remain visible but marked as inactive. Inactive tickets can’t be purchased and will need to be removed or replaced before you can complete your order.

If you're not logged in, your cart may not be saved and could be cleared if you leave the app or refresh the page.
